Pension Information Centers – answers to all pension-related questions in one place

The Central Registry of Affiliates (REGOS) and the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute (HZMO) have established the Pension Information Centers (MICs) in Zagreb, Rijeka, Osijek and Split as part of the project "My pension - Improvement of REGOS Services on the Labor Market", co-financed by the European Social Fund.

The objective of Pension Information Centers is to bring the pension system closer to customers and facilitate access to all necessary information within the scope of REGOS and HZMO.

MICs (Pension Information Centers) are open at frequented locations in the four largest cities in Croatia:

  • Zagreb, Gradišćanska 26
  • Split, Matoševa 3
  • Osijek, J. J. Strossmayera 3
  • Rijeka, Titov trg 8A

The working hours of MICs are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every working day.

In MICs, professional and specially trained REGOS and HZMO workers provide citizens and entrepreneurs with all the information about the pension insurance system and technical support in using the REGOS and HZMO electronic services. Citizens can get information from within the scope of REGOS about selecting or changing a pension fund, remuneration and paid contributions for mandatory pension insurance, transactions and personal account balance, pension selection, pension insurance company selection, closing a personal account and disbursing funds to legal recipients, etc., and - from within the scope of HZMO - information on insurance registrations and cancellations, the subject status in the HZMO, on exercising pension insurance rights and the right to child benefits, etc.

Entrepreneurs can receive basic information on the calculation and payment of pension insurance contributions, professional assistance related to the resolution of unlinked payments of pension insurance contributions and unlinked pillar II payments recorded on the temporary account.

Furthermore, entrepreneurs can receive information about registrations and cancellations, as well as changes in insurance and obligations of entrepreneurs related to pension insurance.

Issuing of various documents in paper or electronic form to citizens and entrepreneurs has been enabled.
