Quality policy

REGOS continuously develops systems for all stakeholders of the pension system of the Republic of Croatia related to the choice of a compulsory pension fund and category, linking calculated contributions for compulsory pension insurance to corresponding payments, management of unified accounting of personal accounts, exchange of data, keeping of the register, keeping records and reporting.

Security of REGOS IS and its protection against possible external and internal attempts of unauthorized use of data and resources is an essential prerequisite for ensuring the quality of REGOS' work, to which special attention is paid. REGOS uses the human and technical resources of FINA and APIS IT and they are jointly establishing an IT architecture with security mechanisms and procedures.

Special attention is paid to the continuous education and training of workers and the monitoring of good business practices of institutions within pension insurance systems in other countries. The high level of required quality of the system is the basis of successful operation and development of REGOS in the future and a guarantee of satisfaction of members of compulsory pension funds as well as other users of REGOS services. The Quality Policy is fully realized through the development of goals at all levels as well as the management and implementation of the quality system in each part of the REGOS business system.

This Quality Policy is the fundamental part of the Handbook, and its provisions are incorporated into all REGOS quality system documents. The Quality Policy is subject to continuous reviews and changes where necessary. Implementation of the provisions of the Handbook and other quality system documents and continuous improvement of the quality management system are an obligation of every employee and the only acceptable way of working at REGOS
