Documents from the REGOS Register
REGOS has developed a whole series of electronic services with the aim of modernizing, simplifying and speeding up communication with citizens and increasing the transparency of the provision of public services.
REGOS Electronic Services System and e-Citizens system allow insured persons to submit inquiries and download electronic documents containing their data which are kept in the REGOS register.
To access e-services, one of the accepted e-Citizens credentials is required. If you do not have one of the aforementioned credentials, you can request the issuance of government credentials mToken for e-Citizens and/or e-PASS for e-Citizens at FINA free of charge.
At your request, you can receive the following documents:
- Report on receipts, calculated and paid contributions for pension insurance (this document is required by the bank for the purpose of approving loans, current account deficits, etc.)
- Certificate of balance and transactions on the personal account
- Extract from the register (period until 31 December 2013)
- Certificate of membership in the mandatory pension fund
- Notification of the monetary value of assets on the personal account
- Copy of the application for compulsory pension fund registration
- Extract from the register for other income (period until December 31, 2013)
- Share certificate
Based on the query, REGOS creates the requested document in electronic form and sends a link to your e-mail address where you can download the electronically signed document.
You can also obtain documents from the Register in paper form:
- at the counters of the Pension Information Centers (MIC) in Zagreb, Split, Rijeka and Osijek (from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.), upon presentation of a valid identity card
- MIC Zagreb, Gradišćanska 26
- MIC Split, Matoševa 3
- MIC Osijek, J. J. Strossmayera 3
- MIC Rijeka, Titov trg 8 A
- at any FINA branch office at the counter where REGOS operations are carried out, upon presentation of a valid identity card
- at the REGOS location, Gajeva 5, Zagreb (from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), upon presentation of a valid identity card
- by submitting a written request to the address: REGOS, Gajeva 5, 10 000 Zagreb, with an attached copy of a valid identity card
Pursuant to the Administrative Fees Act ("Official Gazette", No. 115/16"), documents from the Register are exempt from fees.

My mailbox
My mailbox – this service allows members to receive the following notifications: Notification on allocation to a pension fund, Notification on the change of pension fund category, Notification on the possibility of remaining in OMF category A, i.e. the possibility of returning to OMF category A, Notification on the possibility of switching from OMF category C to OMF category B and Certificate of balance and transactions on the personal account.
My account - REGOS
My account-REGOS - this service allows you to monitor the transactions and balance on your personal account on a daily basis and determine the amount of total capitalized funds on your personal account on a specific day. Users with accepted e-Citizens credentials (e.g. ePass, mToken) have the right to access the service.
Compulsory pension fund (registration/change)
Compulsory pension fund (registration/change) – this service allows you to select or change OMD and/or OMF category. The right to access the service is granted to users with high security level credentials (electronic identity card - eOI) with an activated signature certificate who meet the prescribed conditions for the registration/change of OMD and OMF categories.
Pension selection (pension from the pillar I only or pension from pillars I and II)
Pension selection (pension from the pillar I only or pension from the pillars I and II) – this service allows you to choose a more favorable pension. The right to access the service is granted to users with credentials with high security level credentials (electronic identity card - eOI) with an activated signature certificate and who meet the prescribed requirements for pension selection.
Pension insurance company (registration/change)
Pension insurance company (registration/change) – this service allows you to select or change your OMD. The right to access the service is granted to users with high security level credentials (electronic identity card – eOI) with an activated signature certificate and who meet the prescribed requirements for the registration/change of MOD.
My pension
My pension – this service allows you to can check projections of the amount of your future pension based on your data kept in the pension insurance system in the Republic of Croatia. Users with accepted e-Citizens credentials (e.g. ePass, mToken) have the right to access the service.
