Management
REGOS is led by the director, who organizes activities and operations within the scope of their authority. The director has three assistants who are appointed and dismissed by the Governing Council.

Governing Council
The Governing Council of REGOS consists of seven members appointed by the Government of the Republic of Croatia for a period of four years: four members on the proposal of the minister responsible for the pension system, one member on the proposal of the Economic and Social Council from among trade unions, one member on the proposal of the Economic and Social Council from the ranks of employers and one representative of REGOS workers. The scope of activities, authorizations and responsibilities of the Governing Council are determined by the REGOS Statute.
