I have written SHA1.C to be portable across many systems.
However, with v0.26b and onwards, I use the unsigned long long
int data type, which is not defined in the C89 standard. It is
supported by gcc (both Linux and DJGPP). Therefore I use it.
I have no desire to make SHA1.C portable to any other system,
really. I use DOS, and even though I've never personally
seen a Linux box in my lifetime, I'd still like my programs
to be portable to Linux. However, I couldn't care less
about Macintoshes or any other system, really. (Maybe Windows
NT and Windows 2000, but DJGPP works on those systems to
my knowledge.) So that's why I use unsigned long long ints
with impunity.
