Regos initiated a new way of communication between the public administration and the users of its services. Electronic User Mailbox in Croatia – My Mailbox – is now available for the members of the second pension pillar and for all beneficiaries of the first pension pillar. Access to this service is enabled via the ENA electronic service system using e-Pass credentials or a token of the bank.

- Another documents in the e-mailbox are: Certificate for the period from June 2016 to June 2017, June 2017 to June 2018 and June 2018 to June 2019.
